Returns/Exchange – Mega Sections

RETURN POLICY

Please see below conditions for your return request to be accepted:

1.1 – product can be returned within 72 Hours after receiving

1.2 – if the claim comes with-in 72 Hours after receiving the product, it will be acceptable for return. Initially customer has to e-mail the claim along with the pictures of the product. If the claim seems valid in online QC check then we will guide you regarding the procedure of sending us back the product

1.3 – customers within & outside Karachi can return their product through any courier service on our mentioned address, Karachi customers can also return their product at our warehouse in Karachi

1.4 – once the product is received in proper condition, second QC will be done by the QCA Dept. If the claim seems valid in real time QC as well then the amount will be transferred back to the customer via bank transfer, voucher form or jazzcash method without deducting initial delivery charges or if it fails the second QC check then customer can ask for his item via courier service or self-pickup and courier charges will be paid by the customer

1.5 – P.S only 50% return courier charges will be paid by Mega Sections once customer provide the courier receipt as evidence

1.6 – product can be returned only under valid conditions

Damaged item received
The product is not same as advertised

1.7 Following things are mandatory before proceeding a return:

1.7.1 – product is still in its original packaging

1.7.2 – product is in its original & unused condition

1.7.3 – product is not damaged

1.7.4 – product label/seal must be intact if there is

1.8 – product includes all accessories, tags or free promotional items that came with the purchase including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity etc

1.9 – Any product that is not properly packed or is damaged will not be eligible for a return, so make sure they are properly taken care of prior to the return

2.0 – Change of mind (mistaken selection, color variation return etc. will not be entertained under any condition)

2.1 – Mega Sections have full right to make change in any policy without giving any prior notice to the customers
